Tape! It is so tight if done correctly! My elbows were taped all the way together, as well as my wrists, knees, and ankles! It was impossible to get out of this, and the 2.75 inch ballgag made me drool a lot!! I absolutely loved this bondage session! It is the best workout, and it really stretched my shoulders… and my jaw… hahaha 😂
