Waving at boats

Hey you! Yeah you! I want to ask you something! Were you in a canoe or boat this week? If so, why didn’t you wave back? I spent the entire afternoon waving at boats, I suppose none of my fans were on them 🙁 I was feeling happy though: collared, cuffed and belted in the great outdoors!!
