Cage day! 🙄

Cage day is not my favorite training day, because it is SO SMALL! It’s really annoying to be locked in such a tiny cage. I can’t even lie down properly. Also, my wrists were cuffed to the top of the cage, which was even more annoying. I really hope it is not cage day very often, because I prefer my other training sessions! Do you like cage day? Tell me about your cage and how you are trained!!
