My new rubber armbinder is sooo tight, it actually hurts a little. So, to train myself in wearing the armbinder, I went into the forest and walked around for quite a while. My arm and shoulder muscles really hurt now, but I think I will get better and better at wearing the armbinder soon!! :-)
